Yeah nothing wrong with being an early person at all, especially since it will spare Patch of me moving in with her, love farms (or well the fresh food from farms) and trees. Although if I can find where I parked my jet I might join ya for that Sept trip, that looks amazing and they have diving.
Never been a morning person, even as a baby I always let my mother sleep through the mornings, she said I was the bestests baby out all of us. I could try to change my body clock rhythms of a good few decades I suppose, but “growing up” I’ve learned to pick my battles.[/quote]
I worked nights for 14 years, it is not about growing up in the regards of you have to be up at crack of dawn and eat dinner at the buffet by 4 pm.
I was speaking in general that we have to adjust our workout schedule to fit our life, if you can sleep in, work and work out later than no worries.
I’m totally a morning person. I have trouble staying in bed once it gets light. I can’t lie in - once I’m awake, I’m up.
I suck at evenings. I’m usually in bed before 11pm.

Before 11 wow, I am in bed at 9 at the latest, 4:15 am comes fucking early.
Ok, I’m going to update the week, but add pics from last night’s hike. It was gorgeous. We walked through the woods, up a dune to the lake. About 3 miles.
Lovely. I do like walking through woods - I’m lucky to have a tiny patch of wooded land up the road from my flat in London. It’s nice to be out somewhere rural, though!
I didn’t want to go to the gym, but went an owned it!

I hadn’t spent quality time with the foam roller all week, so I spent the morning with it.
Also Mobility WOD 2. It’s the calf stretch, but I need to find a half wall to do it on. Mah boobies smoosh against the wall when I go for a deeper stretch.
