Worked out, today kinda overall was crappy. I woke up with a tummy ache. I was off my game during lecture, one of my kids fell asleep, kids don’t fall asleep in my class!
AM: Stretched, I do really like the pre running yoga flow, I think I’ll find ones that are easily remembered and use them for my dynamic warm ups.
Channeled Hal and walked at an incline for 15 min
Rowed for 15 min
I was sweaty, but you know, that whatever was missing.
PM: Fuck me, went a bit too early and hit the crowds. It was supposed to be D3 of the CW program but there was literally no room to jump rope or lunge and there wasn’t a single bar available in the weight room. So I kinda said fuck it, and just did what I wanted and was available. Kinda turned into an upper body push/pull.
Yoga flow - I kicked someone during the split downward dog, bitch was in my way, my eyes were closed and I was inverted. In other words she deserved it.
Inverted Rows - 5x5
Push ups off the bench - 5x5
While I was doing these some dude set all his crap on the bench. I just stood there wordlessly and gave him the WTF face until he took it away. But, wtf, I was actually using it at the time.
Lat Pull downs - some weight x5
Supersetted with suitcase carries with a 35 for a lap around the track. My grip was sucking, I actually got really frustrated and ended up throwing the weight down after my last lap. I got a few lulz from the only guy who actually knew what he was doing, so I guess that was nice.
Seated Rows with the pully machine - weight x 5
I supersetted these with 20 plate flips with a 10lb plate. Shit’s fun.
By then I wasn’t so cranky, and my grip was smoked so I called it a day.
