you could always stiff leg em too.

The DLs I mean. Pretend to be a stripper and you are slowly picking up those $$$ from the stage.

(not that I would know how to do that)

While I know Legally Blond made that all the range I find a better “look at mah ass” move to be the lady like bend at the knees and actually squat down to pick something up with a slight twist on the balls of your toes. Then stand up with your ass leading slightly. That way when you squat down you’re in a position to do the head tilt big eye make sure they’re watching. It makes the sexy stand up all the more fruitful.

Why yes I’m avoiding all work. We’ve already established my ability to over think.

I’m not going to not do RDLs just cause the form is unfamiliar

What’d you guys think of just doing a yoga flow as my warm up for running? I don’t like the knee thing at the end, otherwise this looks good. I can roll out my legs after my ‘run.’

sorry, still laughing at Cal!!!

spits out water BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
X2! lol!! I think I’d really like your friends, Cal!

Also, MMMMmmmmmm!!! On the french onion soup. I freaking love Gruyere. I love ALL stinky cheese. The more the barnyard smell, the better!!

Just saw your RDLs, you got great feedback from everyone on those, so I’ll just say that DAMN! you’re bodies looking tight, Peaches! Whatever youre doing, its working. Nice stuff!

Can’t see the vid you just posted, but I imagine yoga would be a great way to start with running. I warmup with some dynamic and static stretches pre-run, to get some blood flowing and the joints oiled up, loosen up the muscles…

10 minute miles is a great pace.

You’re talking to a girl that keeps her bedroom door closed, turns on the humidifier and a space heater in the middle of winter in order to create her own tropical bubble.
I ran in a Nor Easter once while I was in NJ during the winter.

25 degrees, winds over 30 mph, tons of snow falling and thunder from the sky.

I felt like a BAMF

I made 4 miles that night.

1 - love french onion soup. I never eat it at restaurants anymore; homemade is the way to go.

2- surprise kisses: you sit in their laps

My so much going on in here! Soup looks delicious. A BAMF who cooks, you are indeed the total package!

A guy I knew used to tell me that seeing a girl post workout was the sexiest because it’s reminiscent of what you look like all hot and sweaty after some good love making. Seeing your tax man after workout was likely a win in your book!

Have fun!

x2 on mainy’s surprise kisses idea

Woo ! Just ran for 2 miles straight! Took 20 min. Felling good feeling great!

Lots of awesome in here: good training, tight bodies, food, best ass angles…pretty much all my favorite things!

Wait, you went on a date with a tax lawyer?

oh me…

AWesome running! I don’t think i could do that right now if my life depended on it, ha. I used to run marathons and now I can barely run a damn mile.

Me thinks you are going to turn into an amazing runner very, very quickly.

Nope, corporate property tax manager. <— No idea how that differs from accountant, but apparently it does?

Who knows…I am staying/will continue to stay away from that area of the law. That stuff bores me to tears.

Yeah, it all sounded like math to me. He seems to really enjoy it though, and that’s all that’s really important. It is odd to date someone that’s not sciencey . I made a joke about vectors and he didn’t laugh.

Have you had drunken goat cheese? I had it at a party the other day. OMNOMNOM!

Thanks, I’m getting where I want to go, slowly, but I can see it happening!

Ugh, white box of death!

It’s:
Downward Dog, bring knee to forehead on right side 3x
Step into low lunge
Shift weight to hamstring stretch
Shift forward to quad stretch
Stand to triangle
Flow back to downwarddog
Repeat on left
3x

Did it before my run today, and I liked it a bunch. I just added some ankle circles and was good to go.

For sure! I only really like restaurants for super ethnic food. My brother and I went to a hole in the wall Malaysian place a little while ago and it was so awesome. Food made by a tiny asian woman in a 3 table restaurant is the food worth eating out for.

Stolen, thanks!

I feel like cooking is an essential BAMF skill. One does not kick ass on an empty stomach (unless it’s am steady state cardio ass, of course). Today was brought to you by a Greek Egg Scramble. 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, portabella mushrooms, onions and feta.

I’ve heard that before, and occasionally feel super shmexy after working out. Yesterday, oozing of onion and exhaustion was not one of those days. Not to say I didn’t put down my DBs with the ‘look at my ass’ move described above.

You’ve got good taste in favorite things

Thanks

Oh, and that avi, also includes a few of my favorite things. Nice

Thanks! I bet you could though, or if you couldn’t I have no doubt that you could just stand your ground and kick their ass.

Hopefully!
