Alrighty Patches, there’s always so much going on in this log my wittle brain can’t keep up. But looks like ya gots some solid goals there. Imma gonna have to rethink some goals myself soon, hopefully.

While I’ve never really done any of CW stuff, I’ve “read” his Get Huge in Hurry, oh and yeah tried his & Cosgrove’s Real Fast Fatloss, which was very fun. As long as you are having fun!

I like that picture patch. You do look good and not just in pink. :slight_smile:

Now for your meetings you can still eat what they have. I suggest you have a shake beforehand with a little extra water than you normally use. That way then you can have what is there but it will be easier to feel full or satisfied with a smaller amount. Just by eating with the group should appease them enough to avoid further food hassles.

By cultivating a Bamf state of mind your body will have no choice but to follow.

I actually really like his stuff, I started lifting with his TBT and have played with a few of his programs. It is fun!

Yeah, you’ve got a point there, I need to start carrying around baggies of protein again. I usually like to eat a bunch of celery before, but I don’t have protein at work for just in case.

I think what you say is true, but I’m finding that lately I’ve been relying on the inverse of it. I’ve been a bit mopey lately, going to the gym and working my body has helped get my mind in more of a bamf state of mind. I went into each of my workouts this week feeling off, but trusted that it would be ok, and left feeling awesome.

Wends: I pushed Tuesday. The tax guy thing got to me, he’s the first person I’d remotely liked since The Boy. So, yeah, I woke up beat on wends. I took it easy. No AM and PM just Hula hoop. I got a new hoop! It’s lighter then what I’ve been using so much less momentum. I have to move a lot more to keep it going. This one is light enough to do tricks with too, so hopefully I’ll get better at those.

Thurs: AM a bit of Yoga and foam rolling the I tackled the deathmill. I could only last for 20 min at a slow pace and even then I had to take breaks. Fuck I haven’t done anything that hard in a while, it felt good (oh yeah! O_o) .

If you can’t tell so far, I’ve decided to get my flirt on in my thread. I’m woefully out of practice, and SAMA sucks, so beware if you come in here, I’m going to flirt with you. Of course if it bothers you, tell me, I don’t want to be lecherous.

Yup, once a week for about a school year now I’ve been going. It’s a great break and also works on a little of little stability and mobility muscles. To keep the hoop going when it’s near your clavicles (which I still suck at) requires a unique amount of mobility I don’t think comes into play in anything else.

Patch, I sympathize with the social pressure to eat certain foods that aren’t furthering your goals. The suggestion of keeping protein with you is a great one - I do it myself. The worst thing you can do is enter such a situation hungry.

I’m sick. I threw up a bit this morning, so no bootcamp. I hate the taste of stomach acid. The goal for today is to make it to tonite and sleep!

For shame! Anyone with your body should be allowed to train naked if she so pleases. You could go my route. While I’m rarely uncovered, I’m almost always wearing something skin tight. When I look good I feel good. I’m feeling kinda sick today, so that means lots of mascara for this girl.

That’s one thing tax guy did do for me, my rolodex had pretty much consisted of the boy, and thor, and of course all hot gingers. I didn’t really hadn’t added to it in a while (years!). So, at least now I’m feeling a lot better about lusting after everyone. Yup, everyone, who said I’m just flirting with the menz? So, Spocky … how you doin’?

It sucked so much I loved it though, I’m weird like that occasionally.

Yup, it’s like going to the grocery store hungry. You never know what’s going to happen.
