Here’s a sad story for ya. A former youth pastor kills his girlfriend and her unborn baby, charged with double murder, get’s what he deserves.
What’s his lawyer say?
[i]Estrada’s attorney, Suzanne Kramer, had argued that her client made bad decisions.
“It that enough to execute him? Is that enough to kill him?” she asked the jury.

Uh…yeah. It was a bad decision to strangle and stab your pregnant girlfriend. Kinda like it was a bad decision for me to wear camo pants with a plaid shirt.
Here’s the part that I found interesting (rather than sickening):
A 2003 Texas law amended the definition of the word “individual” to include an “unborn child at every stage of gestation from fertilization until birth.”
I guess according to the Law, it’s ok to kill an individual with medical vacuum, but not with a knife. Go figure.
So, what do you think, should it be illegal to kill a baby before it’s born or not? Only ok for the mother, but not the dad, like in this case? Thanks for the input.
Yes, that is a standard legal paradox. Remember that Scott Peterson asshole? He got double 1rst degree murder charges for killing his pregnant fiance. So there you have it.

im sure his lawyer will say it was a ‘crime of passion’ …i don’t understand how lawyers could defend people who murder and commit other horendous crimes and still sleep at night…how is that helping society?
