oh well, ill get it next time i guess, lets just hope squats and bench dont go this bad

this was my second attempt as well

Dude you missed that mentally and not physically. That was a speed rep until you got near lockout. Is that your normal failure mode?

I think it was due to the fact that I don’t train sumo deads heavily and not often enough. Defenitely a mental fail, but my grip failed me there gonna have to work on that.

Max out results:

Bench - 205 (was sleep deprived, sore and underfed but I did this too myself cant complaint)
Deadlift - 455 fail (couldn’t lockout)
Squat - 385 (had more in the tank as well)

Bodyweight - 165
Height - 5 10’
Age - 16

Since then I’ve moved to more aesthetic/bodybuilder goals. Split is 3 days on 1 day off.
Day 1 - Chest/Back
Day 2 - Legs
Day 3 - Shoulders, Arms, Calves, Abs

Making a lot of progress and learning new flips as well.

Back was shot from yesterdays bodybuilding workout, so I took a break for a day and made this video, a few memories that I caught on camera. I came in to the gym sore all over and had 10,8,6 deadlifts and I did 315 :skull:

Some of my favorite things from December until I hurt myself
