Panoramal Activity (The Movie)

Its supposed to be the scariest movie since the Blaire Witch Project. Go to the website and demand it. Once it gets to 400,000 votes they will open it up to abuncha venues all over the country. Do it!

Sounds like a shitty viral marketing campaign. If I go to the website, will I get a free ticket to see the movie?

Hijack

Stephen King’s IT is being remade. R rated, this time.

sweeeeeet, that sounds cool

If it’s scary like the Blair Witch Project I will hunt down the makers of the film and beat them with pipes. not because it was scary of course. Unless scary is a new word for stupid and boring.

The BWP was a pretty creepy ass movie IMO and so was The Ring.

When the dude was standing in the corner at the end…fuckin creepy.
There is enough hype for this movie, they should just widely release it already…

The Blair Witch Project was one of the dumbest fucking movies I’ve ever seen. Had read about it and checked the site leading up to it. Knew it was a mockumentary but was still super pumped. Saw it with 2 buddies when we were about 17 and the theater was packed. Before the show started an usher stood in front of the screen and said “There’s trash cans by both exits. Some of you WILL throw up before this is over”. The crowd went apeshit and my buddies and I were right there with 'em. An hour and a half later I wasn’t really sure what had just happened, but I knew I didn’t like it.

With that I checked Paranormal’s site and petitioned for it to come here and a few days later got an email saying it was, so gonna go check it out. Also, it’s about damned time they do IT right. The original was good but it was a made for tv two parter and if I remember right the screwed with the ending from the book.

Clowns eating kids… The worst thing that could ever happen in my worst nightmare. That, or bears curling in the squat rack on my leg day.

Where did your face go? It just got eaten by a clown!

Best movie decision ever.

I typed remakes in to google and it appears they’re doing a remake of John Carpenters The Thing. This has the potential to be so badass that local sherrifs are alerted before it rides in to town.

Agreed. I’d also love to see a remake of Pet Semetary. The original still ranks as one of the scariest 80’s horror movies for me.
