Yeah, he was in India to see the Sheru Classic, and while at the gym there, he slipped down some stairs and tore a quad.
Do you think he woulda slipped down the stairs if he didn’t have palumbiosm?
Hmmmm I don’t see it.
I think some of this “look this guy is getting Palumboism!!” is a bit of a witch hunt.
But yeah, some of the pics posted are pretty nasty.
No kidding i could easily explain away half of these pics with other more probably causes but some of the guys posted are legit messed up. That guy ID posted earlier looks like he not only developed “palumboism” but screwed up a bunch of site injects or tore like half his tendons off the bone. Dude is completely mangled looking. Something like that can’t just be from drugs alone.

We might have “different eyes” so to speak.
Here’s another pic. He seems to have “aged” rapidly. I know both pictures were taken at distances, but in the younger pic he appears to smoother skin, more hair, and an overall more youthful appearance.
I’m kind of curious, are there any reliable limb measurements on these guys, or is anything you might read about them going to be more or less a PR press release?
Why I ask, is that I wonder if the apparent limb atrophy is simply an optical illusion caused by the gut distention?
You know, like Tom Arnold’s penis looking really tiny when it’s in between Roseanne Barr’s legs.
