Theres an older woman at my gym who has something like this. Oddly textured skin, and a bulging gut. She walks around in belly shirts to which is a bit nasty.

Before I was married I lived near Gold’s Gym in Bellmore here on LI - I trained there for 4 years and Palumbo was always lifting there.
This was like 1998 - 2002. Used to see him up close all the time and he was looking pretty messed up even back then.
Obviously this is all effects from drug abuse. He’s a nice guy actually…just fucked up his physique badly.

After the hurricane, I was on line at the Target in Westbury and saw him hobbling out the door. He had a full leg brace on his right leg. (There’s a video on another BB site where he shows the damage to his house in Seaford.)
A bunch of years ago, I saw him, Andrulla Blanchette, and some random dude in an NPC jacket coming out of a diner.
