I know there are a few guys on this board that brew their own stuff. For them, and anyone interested, I’m going to share some recent recipes. I’ve tried making oil solutions of test no ester and winstrol, but they always seemed to crash. Took some time experimenting with water-based suspensions and came up with the following. Both of these are virtually pain-free and flow through a 27g very easily, though I’d imagine the flow would have to do more with the purity of the crystals than anything.
Test suspension 100mg/ml, 20ml
Winstrol suspension 50mg/ml, 20ml
6ml BB (30%)
1ml BA (5%)
2ml Guaiacol (10%)
1ml PS80 (5%)
2g TNE or 1g Winny powder
8ml distilled water for TNE or 9ml for Winny
Add powder and solvents in beaker, heat until dissolved (~5-10min), let cool (it should not crash). Filter into sterile vial. Either get a new filter for the water or clear out the old one with .5-1ml PEG (I use .5 ml PEG 300, also be sure to subtract amount from water and/or use less BB in solvents). That’s it!
You could probably do without the Guaiacol. I had to use it for the Winny to dissolve, and didn’t try TNE without it. You can also lower the BB to 20%, though between this and messing the the guaiacol levels it might effect the solubility of mixed solvents, resulting in less product dissolving completely. This is just what I did and it seems to work quite well.
I haven’t tried your formula so that’s a limitation of course on what useful comment I could add.
However, there is one thing besides the obvious that at least one should be aware of in this case.
Namely, unlike the esterified oil-based steroids where the duration of action is dependent on the chemical structure and how you prepare the injection is practically or entirely irrelevant, with the suspensions instead the duration of action is dependent on the particle size.
And it’s a neat little bit of pharmaceutical science in having this controlled exactly as desired.
This is one reason why Zambon is preferable over, generally speaking, stanozolol preparations from underground lab operations, because their particle size is much larger and therefore there is less effect in the time window most desired – shortly after the injection – with residual effect going on longer than planned, sometimes exceedingly long.
So I don’t know what your particle size is, but very fine is best. Zambon is practically like milk, and for example easily goes up a 29 gauge needle – I’m sure it would go up a needle 1/5th that size or even 1/10th, too.
The oral bioavailability of stanozolol is very good anyway, about two-thirds. So while an idealized suspension can be preferable, for a given purpose, to the base powder, a suspension of larger particle size might not be.
I do prefer the injectable, as the liver is exposed to a higher concentration when it’s used orally. A minor point, but given that and the improvement in bioavailability, it makes a good injectable a nice thing.
do you filter and andd tne + solvents to the sterile vial & then add distilled water to that? can’t understand the process well. what size filters do you use? thanks
This is an old thread but I was hoping some questions could be answered about the polysorbate. Is this necessary to make TNE? And what would the solution be like without it? Is polysorbate safe to inject?

Damn, I thought our boy Schwarz was back with some time on his hands again till I noticed the date on this one. Sorry I can’t answer the op’s question.
