Pain-Free High-Performance Squatting?


Years have passed since you wrote “Pain-free High-Performance Pressing in 10 Minutes” which was a great piece. Have you written anything akin to that but for the lower body? Does limb length matter in what is a suitable warm-up?

I feel consistently beat up on my right side near my tensor fascia lata/glute medius, but I’m not sure which it is.

I’m a long and lanky lifter, with legs for days. Sumo deadlifts are not a part of my main programming but they’ll also stress my right side more.
