hey guys this is mostly a packing question, When your not going out for the whole day lets say your home most of your day on saturday when you wake up do you guys usaully make all your food for the day right when you wake up or make it before each meal.
FOr instance maybe u have a shake for your third meal, do you make it in the morning with everything else or right when your having it. Im getting lazy when i have to make 6-7 diff meals all seprate so thats why i ask. This is not like im saying i cook each meal before, just prepare.
It’s different for everyone, but what I do is cook all my meats on the grill every Sunday for each week. I then of course make all the extra stuff like: brown rice, salads, and protein shakes in the morning for that day I’ll be gone.
All in the all I bring two big ass coolers to work, and I have to leave one in the truck, then come back and get the other during lunch.
When I cook I generally cook enough for 5-6 meals of that particular food. That way I don’t have to cook anything of that particular food for the next day at the least and just utilize my microwave. lol
This is one reason many diets fail. People don’t want to put the work in the kitchen.
If only I could find some gorgeous figure competitor who liked to cook, I’d be pro tomorrow lmao! jk
I cook up all my meats/chicken/rice on sunday as well…but then i also pre-portion out my oatmeal and breakfast shakes.
then the night before, i portion out my chicken/meat and my shakes (i have 5-6 shakers at home). that way all i have to do is take out my food and put it in my cooler for the day.
good luck man, it seems like a bitch…but it would be 10x harder cooking and preparing it all each morning.
thanks everyone and yes gerdy keep looking haha,it is a little diffrent in my house because i live at home so mom cooks alot of the meals for that specific day not for like th week so its diff but i find when im not out all day im in the kitchen 3-4 times just making that specific meal and well it sucks
