P+F and P+C Meal Ideas

I just recently decided to get my lazy ass in gear and start eating right so I’m not busting my butt in the gym for nothing.

Anyway, my question is what are some good combinations of meals that you all have used for the Massive Eating Plan. I am aiming at about 4200 calories a day and i am on a tighter budget (college) but am not a picky eater. Anyway any ideas would be great. Thanks.

Mufasa

Thanks man

Adding on to what Mufasa suggested, Dr JB’s ebook, Gourmet Nutrition has a ton of great recipes that follow the P+F/P+C guidelines.

Plus a lot of additional info that makes it well worth the price (it’s a steal).

Yeah-it’s suppossed to be great. I ordered two copies (one for myself and one for my sister) and never got it! So, I’m instructing the credit card company not to pay. But I’ll probably look into it again.

Seriously? That’s a big surprise; I’ve never had any issues with ordering anything from JB.

Could it be that the email (with the link to the downloadable pdf ebook) got lost in your junk mail?

I’d contact JB about it; I’m sure it wasn’t on purpose!

That’s a good idea. I think I’ll do that. I do still want the cookbook. Perhaps it was some kind of problem with the e-mail.
