The cops are just messing with you. Clomid and syringes don’t mean squat on their own - I hate to say it, but your words are what is really going to hurt you. So if you haven’t already, stop talking to the cops!

Just an FYI. If you are ever questioned or detained by a police officer you have the right to speak to an attorney. There are legal plans available for about 25 bucks a month that give you unlimited access to an attorney for legal advice 24/7. It’s worth it for me.

Sucks. The clomid although would be illegal isn’t serious. Neither is the syringes. It would however technically be possesion of a controlled substance same as the syringes. If your girlfriend had bloodpressure medication prescribed to her and you had it in your possesion it would and could be still used to charge you. Comprende. I doubt they will drop charges on you because they figure your dead to rights and you’ll plea. It would probably only be a summary probation penalty. Perhaps you can work out a diversion deal where the charges are dropped pending completion of probation. The facts like I had the syringes to put toner in my printers and the clomid was my girlfriends are only mitigating factors but don’t change the facts that you had them in your possesion nor does it change their possesion legality aspects.
I don’t think that clomid would be considered a controlled substance unless it is in a schedule. If it is a perscription type drug, then they will probably charge him with what we call in Texas a Dangerous Drug. Which you can be charged with even if you mom gives you a perscription pain killer for whatever you deal is.
