Oxandrolone Cycle for Martial Arts

Hello, i want to do the 1st cycle of my life. Reason, weak body (for martial arts)
Some data: male, 33 years old, weight 187 lbs or 85 kg, height 6´4" or 193 cm, bodyfat 12%.

Ive Been training jiu jitsu for almost 3 years, and the injury list keeps growing. I had about 10-15 injuries in 28 months, 60-80% of those injuries made me stop for 2-3 weeks. No broken bones but a lot of sprained bones. 2 sprained ribs, 1 coxis sprained, and 2 tibia sprains(im sure im forgeting a few) So its clear that my bones are kind of weak.

If anyone is wondering my diet, believe me, is better than most people on this planet. The reason of my thin body is simply genetics.

I wonder if i can use oxandrolone with nandrolone, and i would like to know if anyone can tell me if this steroid mix will fuck upo my sex desire. There are no much steroids available here in my country, only stanozolol, nandrolone, oxandrolone and boldenone (this last one is not the best quality so ill be taking this one out). Also i dont want to use testosterone in the cycle cause im afraid it might mess up my HPTA

When someone comes in and their first post includes information such as 6’4" 190lbs it is inevitable that people are going to question how much you are actually eating. Having a good diet and eating enough for growth are two completely different things; they aren’t mutually exclusive though.

it is true, but when u spend more than 100 hours reading about diet and performance nutrition you know if u are eating the wrong way or not.
If i dont workout, my weight drops about 12 lb(muscle weigght), i used to see that a lot when i had not time to workout in the past.
a good note is that my legs are thinner than my upper body, if my legs where like my upper side, ill weight 8 more pounds easily.

I assume that telling you that I was eating more than 4000 - 4500 calories a day expending 400-900 calories on a single workout, without seeing any increase on LBM.
I dont have much more exercise expenditure besides workout or training jiu jitsu.
Food mostly good quality food,heres what i usually eat:

salmon,tuna, red meat, spinach, tomatoe, sweet potato, beans, avocado, oranges, strawberry, melon,apple, no lactose yogurt, no lactose milk, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, olive oil, grounded flaxseeds, eggs, pasta, honey, bread, `potatoes, maltodextrin, whey protein.

Any advise about the oxandrolone using it alone or with other steroid?

Do you actually lift weights or do you just train for martial arts?

I’ll avoid flaming you but for someone so concerned with being shut down, you didn’t really do much research.

Deca will take you out of action on its own. It’ll also do the same stacked with anavar. Run it with test. Proper PCT will bring your boys back just fine.

As for var, it’s relatively mild, though it is methylated so you need to be smart wrt your liver. Running it on its own probably isn’t going to be that satisfying, but you don’t state your goals.

And no dbol in your country?
