lol, I love all of you, seriously. I can’t believe I listened to anyone that negative! I just need to keep posting here where ya’ll keep it real. Nikki, good insight, I have been upping the rear delt work and have decided the front raises have to go, I think they may not be the best for shoulder health anyway…

If ya’ll think that oatmeal sounded good, I came home tonight CRAVING cheesecake so here’s what I did:

Took a half cup of Greek yogurt, mixed about a tablespoon of cream cheese into it real good and then swirled it with a bit of strawberry jam, I bet honey woulda been good too. I also added in a few chocolate chips, man oh man! Kinda cheaty, kinda healthy, ALL DELISH. I only wish I had a graham cracker so I coulda thrown in some crumbs!

when I’m craving cheesecake, I do the same, accept with cottage cheese and some fat free strawberry cream cheese…almost, but not quite :slight_smile:

I haven’t trained my bis in awhile, so what I did was I took 20s and did them for as many reps as I could until failure then I immediately did that with 15,

pulley curls focusing work on brachialis

back supported leg raises
20/18/16/14/12

cable crunches
80x20x3 real fast

That “cheesecake” sounds delicious. Graham crackers would have sent it right over the top.

Very nice workout, it’s fun walking in with no real plan.
