Overtraining?

i know. it was’nt meant in that way. it was just simply, to explain what my goal is;)

Read up on Waterbury’s High Frequency arguments and Berardi’s G-flux. They are both skeptical of overtraining happening with 1x or 2x a week body part splits. CW has programs that work up to total-body 8x a week. CW could actually be called the biggest proponent of overtraining! How horrible!
