You call yourself a chef? Fish oil isn’t improving the taste of any non grass fed dairy product.
And none of those children’s films will touch The Godfather, Paths of Glory, The Searchers, The Rules of the Game, and a whole long list of great films.
Underrated:
Flexibility and mobility. I’ve played a lot of sports and being flexible and able to get into positions has never been a bad thing.
Overhead throwing- it really blows my mind when I see a fit person unable to throw a ball with decent arm movement
Overall athleticism - ability to sprint , move laterally and jump
Overrated:
Talking about or posting about lifting in the gym.
+1 for Paths of Glory
-1 for some French stuff
Counterpoint: I find grassfed dairy much more delicious than otherwise. But concur when it comes to eating the meat. I still eat a bunch of grassfed meat, because I like the idea of an animal eating it’s natural diet, and the company I buy from treats them humanely in that way, but as far as taste/flavor goes, grainfed always wins.
A friend of mine worked at 5 Dot Ranch and said a woman came in asking for grass-fed chicken.
Yup! Heard of folks looking for grassfed pigs too. And knowing what you CAN feed pigs, maybe that’s not the worse thing…
The Godfather was fucking boring
You’ll understand when you’re older.

Three of my favorite
The Godfather 1 and 2
The Searchers…best western IMHO

Sandbag bearhug carries.
Backwards if you want that real world dragging someone to safety feel.
The “need” for carbs to train at a high level is grossly overstated… And people too often conflate carb intake with physique results when it’s largely IN SPITE of
Like when people say “Well Jay and Ronnie did such and such…” while ignoring their extremely rare genetic ability, drug intake, etc… ya it was definitely the carbs and close grip rows
I do a lot of carry variations… hit 410-pound Farmer Carry for 85 feet at a weight of 178. Zirchers are next
all excellent choices if you want to go no where. Touche
Paths of Glory takes place in France.
You should think that.
When taking as much insulin as they “might” have, you better eat sufficient carbohydrates to stay alive.
From my experience and what I have seen in others, IMO, this varies from person to person. Without some carbohydrates I lost some strength, and fullness and sharpness.
Were you fully fat adapted? Sodium is great for replenishment too
I don’t know what that means. I used a strength metric as a feedback for signal to respond. If I am getting weaker, it signaled that I dropped my carbohydrates too low. This was a good gauge above about 8 or 9% body fat.
Typically, when starting contest prep I was about 15% body fat, at the end of “off cycle” of AAS. I would be getting stronger as I dropped body fat until 8 or 9% body fat.
