I am back here to spread socialist propaganda and log my weak workouts.
I now get sciatica from never stretching and sitting too much. I also cycle a fair bit and run 5-10k a week.
I train much lighter now, I am in decent shape after implementing more cardio and less night snacking. I lost two pants sizes doing this it’s actually pretty effective.
Will try to log some workouts here I have a home gym but add so I usually never complete a huge training load in one shot but workout more frequently if that makes sense.
