So ive been researching and ive seen a lot of people on here saying that you need to max out your available gains on your TRT dose before doing a blast or upping the dose. So the question i have is if you dont make all your possible gains and do a blast and still arent completely at what you could be on your trt dose when you go back down will you continue to gain or do you build pretty much a tolerance because of the higher dose? Ive seen a little of both answers just wanted to see what you guys thought with your experiences
No matter if your on TRT or not you would best benefit from building a solid base and taking it as far as you can before upping the ante.
Yea i understand why i guess my question stems from being worried when i get to that point if i feel like im maxed out am i going to miss out on some of the glorious gains if im a few months early. Also coming from a place of straight up curiosity in the science of it like do you guys think there is a tolerance issue with AAS of all kinds but mainly test?
You like many others are too worried about the minutia. Unless you’re already an adonis these are things you don’t need to worry about. Also, theres more to just drugs in your growth potential. Outside of genetics, nutrition would be number one followed by advancements in training. Many people know how to train… well enough anyway, but proper nutrition is lost on most.
Yea it was just a thought that led to mostly curiosity i know i see you guys tell a lot of people they worry too much and just enjoy the ride and what not. I just mainly like the knowledge but admittedly am a bit of a perfectionist/worry wart lol. Sorry for all the questions ive just never had access to so much accumulated knowledge before so im going to question yall to death
Knowledge without commitment is not near as valuable as using PDCA and being keenly aware of changes, and total commitment to improve. Learn by doing.
Isn’t this where you’re supposed to ask these questions? I’m still learning and I appreciate reading the answers to yours.
not that you ‘need’ to, but that it may be best to, in the long run.
even on TRT when you come down you’d likely not keep everything, but holding becomes easier than building.
Yes, this is indeed the benefit and it’s huge. Because PCT sucks. You feel like crap, libidos crap. You lose motivation as you watch your body deflate despite putting in the work. I hated it.
