I read that she was in foster care at the time so failed parents is almost a given. Likely some of the behaviors she displayed stemmed from the trauma that resulted in her being in foster care in the first place.
Not making excuses for her behavior but both her parents and a flawed foster system failed her too. In this case, I do believe the cop was justified due to clear image of her rushing another with a knife.

They infiltrated the Universities. They taught impressionable young adults, who went on to teach at university level and infect more people.
The indoctrinated people also went on to teach primary and secondary school, reaching even younger children imprinting these ideas on them when they are at their most vulnerable.
Right wing people generally don’t enter teaching professions, or public bureaucratic positions, because they go for better paying jobs in other fields. This allows leftwing crazies to dominate positions that are very influential in decision making processes.
I think they teach people to hate themselves, and the society that bred them. There are lots of transformations of relatively good looking kids, that after going through Uni, mutilate themselves, and degrade their appearances. They foster the mental illness that you mentioned earlier.

I understand what you are getting at here, but this is not an exclusive trait. Its a product of media influence causing everyone to live in bias bubbles and quite literally the way the internet has molded a lot human brains to think (see two books: The Shallows and The Death of Expertise)
There is also this annoying belief that joe Schmos opinion on something is equally valid as an experts. That’s the one that gets me. Nobody has their lawn guy also wiring their house.

I had to explain the difference. I’m a nobody and do far more for their “pets” than they ever will. In fact, I’ve saved 2 black men from imminent death and undoubtedly many more by locking up violent offenders whose most likely victims are other blacks. But ACAB or something like that…

Actually, you don’t. Nobody does. Not yet, at least. It may not be easy or convenient but we’re still free to vote with our feet and our time.
I heard today that New Jersey had a total of 2,000 LEO applicants this past year, down from 15,000 not too long ago. Don’t quote me on these figures but it seemed clear that the drop was dramatic and unprecedented.
Good riddance, perhaps? I imagine that only the most-committed, not to mention best and brightest will apply with the new woke standards being introduced. That sure sounds great to me. Let’s pass the policy and move on to something else, like gun control.

I hear you on this all day, every day. This is something rarely mentioned that is completely absent from the narrative for obvious reasons. My SIL has sincere belief that she is doing the right thing by spending her time and using my nieces paternally-inherited charm to campaign for radical leftist politicians whose policies will not directly affect her, aside from getting a whole lot of social media likes.
These words struck me as becoming increasingly absent from the national vocabulary. There’s a lot of confusion between virtue signaling and virtuous behavior, with the latter getting far fewer social media likes. This is especially true when nobody bothers to call attention to the actual virtuous behavior on social media.
It is my observation that most people who quietly go about doing the right thing as best as they can don’t even want that kind of attention.
