People who don’t want to work. One teacher in the inner city has done more to help disadvantaged kids than the whole BLM movement. People have worked in inner cities trying to help kids, and adults, long before CRT existed.
What’s a leftist? If it’s anyone on the left, then that’s a lot of people with varying beliefs. Anyone who could be called a leftist is someone on the extreme left and not someone on the left. Is every Republican a right winger? Not every Republican would even be considered a conservative. These right/left terms are pretty meaningless at this point. It’s the same with liberal and conservative. People like to think in binary terms but the reality of our lives doesn’t reflect it.

That teacher has just perpetuated a white supremacist education system developed by colonizers to keep POC enslaved. He has set POC back hundreds of years by not advocating for an end to all oppressive systems that have inequitable outcomes.

I could understand not wanting to argue about the ins and outs of police conduct, or millitary protocal with a civillian just as how a cardiologist probably won’t be bothered arguing with a Normie about pathology implicated with the onset of cardiovascular disease. You have a level of knowledge regarding the topics outlined above that supercedes a “Normie” 100000000x fold…

You get something called “the dunning Krueger effect”. The people who know the least are those who think they know the most. As you start to become more knowledgable perceived confidence drops until you’re an absolute expert in any given field… Then you’re confident again but you don’t wish to bother arguing with those who are on the opposing end of the scale.
I can’t see someone knowing a whole lot about say… Property development and real estate just because they’ve been a police officer… So why cut off debate from the general majority just because they’re a civillian?

If many hear me speak my mind on various issues relative to the status quo at hand in Australia regarding covid, gun laws they’d immediately consider me to be “far right”. Yet in America my views would be split down the middle of “democrat” and “Republican”.
I lean on the centrist/more conservative side of “left wing”, yet I harbour beliefs from both sides and you probably wouldn’t consider me a “progressive” unless we refer to a very select few social policies.

What do you think teachers are taught in education programs? One of the biggest influences on teaching is also one of the people behind CRT. This is why those who say CRT is only taught in law schools are either ignorant or disingenuous.
Someone needs to ask these cops why they weren’t turning their backs on Trump for that thing he did. Why are they so eager to criticize their Democrat mayor, but not Trump?
