Oscars 2012

The most surprising thing about all of this was when I found out that Angelina Jolie was born in 1975.

That bag of bones is gonna be something else when she hits her mid-to late forties and beyond.

Meanwhile, Brad Pitt, born in 1963, is looking like he sleeps in a formaldehyde bath every night.

Not sexy?
LOL.

I can’t believe how viral Angelina’s leg has gone. There are many photoshopped pics of it on the web.
She had always been a slender woman. During Tomb Raider, she put a few pounds on and looked fantastic. I’m not a big fan of her present bony look but her face is still amazingly striking.

I’d hit it. You don’t look at the legs when you fuck.

It was weird that Scorsese made a kids movie. How old are your kids, may I ask?
I wouldn’t necessarily consider it a kids movie, although it’s certainly appropriate for them.

My kids are 7, 8, and 9 (no Irish twins, though)

LOL…That was gonna be my next question!

I dont know whats the bigger crime, that Woody Allen hasn’t been murdered and won an award or the fact that “Drive” was fucking snubbed. Movie of the year. Ill be Goddamned.

Judging by her arm I think she’s doing more than just eating too little food. She’s borderline anorexic I think.
You know how there’s thin then there’s that weird stringy look anorexics have…she’s starting to get like that.

Some anorexics get the bobble-head look. Their head looks disproportionately large compared to the rest of their body.

she dosnt do it for me at all her legs make me fill sick my ass has more colour

And that’s what she has. Like Maria Shriver…a big square head on a neck that’s so veiny and thin it looks like a, well, uh…um…a…y’know.

For a comparison, this is 2010 Aniston (who was older then than Jolie is today).

Would nom that leg.

Huh?

Murdered for what? Have you seen his film?

I don’t like Woody Allen movies. Never have.

I feel stupid when I watch them, like I’m not in on the joke, or the prose or what have you. It’s complex comedy and wordy dialogue that goes over my head.

That being said, it’s my fault and not his.

I’ve got Midnight in Paris on my Netlfix queue which will be arriving this week thanks to ID vouching for it. I’ll give it the college try and see what happens.

Last time I tried a Woody Allen movie was “Match Point” with Scarlette Johannsen. Painfully boring to me. But this Midnight in Paris is supposed to have old Authors represented like Hemingway, which I think would be badass.

Kind of like a “Night at the Museum” for Adults

LOL. Aniston wears the look much better. And she’s probably wasn’t as desperately vampy as Jolie was. All of this is pointless drivel. But I appreciated the humor that we got out of it anyway.

I’m with you. I keep thinking I’m not old enough for Woody Allen movies, but actually I probably am. But it just feels like I’m not old enough for them.

Jean Dujardin has that old-school swagger about him.

Perfect casting for a tribute film on the silent era in Hollywood.

No idea if you’ve seen it, but you might like Sweet and Lowdown for the subject matter: Sean Penn plays fictional jazz guitarist Emmett Ray who is reputedly the best player in the world, but is overshadowed by Django Reinhart.

Question to those who’ve seen Moneyball: was Jonah Hill’s performance worthy of a nomination?

Honestly I don’t think so. And I feel the same about the winner Christopher Plummers’ performance too.

Jonah is a funny dude and Moneyball took all of that off the table, there was nothing funny about it. I guess to prove that he’s versatile, but to me his performance seemed rigid and tentative.

Perhaps that’s how the real-life character behaved, but either way I don’t think the performance lent enough credence to be nominated for BSA
