organic foods

Does anyone else eat organic foods and only drink spring water. I even cook with spring water. I don’t know if that benefits my training, but it does make me feel better.

Damn, you must have a big wallet my friend. Organic food can be quite pricey.

Anyway, I do use quite a few organic foods: eggs, veggies, and whatnot.

Just curious, what else do you eat that’s organic?

organic ketchup is yummy

I try to organic everything. From oatmeal to eggs, etc.

when I can, I do…

i would say that eating organic foods would probably have a more long term positive effect on training.

i juce about 500ml of verious organic greens that i buy from an organic market here in edmonton. its only about $10-15 per week. I’m not sure that there is a big advantage but i never get colds (which takes a huge toll on training). i also eat organic oatmeal. unfortunatly organic rasins are around $2/lb and regular ones are $0.5/lb so i dont eat organic rasins.

cancer sucks to so with all the anti-oxidents hopefully my chances are minimum.

organic is the way to go for most things. for beef and other meats, pastured is the best, but organic is good. cows were meant to eat grass. it’s hard to find grass fed meats. organic eggs is the only way to go, so much healthier. i love eggs so much, i got my own chickens! nothing like an egg still warm from the chicken! mmmm

it’s true about the antioxidants, and eating organic usually means less pesticides and other toxins on your food, so you’re exposed to less carcinogenic compounds on top of that.
