Yeah ive been at it for about 13 or 14 weeks at this stage. I think im going to need 12 more weeks to see any real type of results tbh, plus I dont want to be chubby when I start trying to gain!

Monday:

Warm up

Bench:
Top set - 85KG x 2(Getting stronger)

BB row:
60KGx15, 70KGx12, 80KGx10, 90kgX8, 100KGx6

Push press:
50KGx6, 60KGx4, 62.5KGx4, 65KGx2

Sled pull:
50KG x 20M x 4

So would you say throwing up your warm up sets now is better than throwing up after your sets during your circuit training???..har…har…har

Bulgarian split squat:
4 x 60KG x 4 - 6(Each leg)

GHR:
4 x 6 - 8

High rep squats: x3

  • Threw on a 3 min song with 60KG and just went until the song stopped. No idea what reps I hit, lost count after 11 or so.

High rep(3) I was so fucked

High reps squat sets are absolutely my new favourite thing, love that pain. So much of it becomes purely mental in those types of shit, its great stuff!

Fucked up my shoulder yesterday, heard a tear and lost all use in the arm for a few seconds. In this regard I was happy enough with the numbers.

I have a feeling ive torn something in my rotator cuff.

Friday:

DL:
Top set - 170KG x3

Front S:
60KG X 5, 70KG X 5, 80KG X 4, 90KG X 4, 60KG X 6

Plank:
4 x 45 Secs

Thanks man, we seem to be breaking even on the numbers with most lifts. Fuck I cant wait till im done cutting and can see some real gains!
