Ordered Surge :)

Well I ordered 4 containers of Surge today. I’m looking forward to adding this to my diet as I haven’t been using a PWO drink. I usually just eat a meal. I’ve been making great gains without it, so I’m hoping to see even more improvement.

I write down everything I eat everyday in my planner. I’m currently 212lbs and ~10.9% BF (I do the 3 point test with accu-measure). I’ve been eating about 2400 calories a day…sometimes less/more within a few 100 cal. My goal is to be 215lbs at ~8% BF. I’m taking it real slow because I don’t want to go through a bulking phase and put on fat that I have to take off.

So keeping my goals and calorie intake in mind, once I start taking Surge, should I count the calories towards food and eat less to maintain 2400? I thought about not counting it and seeing what happens. This would put me at about 2800 calories on lifting days.

Don’t count the Surge calories and see what happens. Thats what I’d do :slight_smile:

Yea, after I posted I thought I’ll probably have to just see what happens.
