Optimum Nutrition Whey Flavor Change?

I recently ordered 2 ten lb bags of O.N. vanilla.

I recieved vanilla ice cream, rather than standard vanilla.

I have consumed many lbs of the standard vanilla over the past few years, and have always quite liked its flavor. I have always disliked the flavor of the vanilla ice cream.

I contacted the seller and they maintain that O.N. no longer produces the standard vanilla. Because of that assertion, they maintain that they delivered the correct product, and that I am therefore responsible to pay for shipping on an exchange.

O.N. has not returned my email.

  1. Can anyone confirm their assertion that standard vanilla has been replaced by vanilla ice cream?

  2. Has anyone else tried vanilla ice cream; and did you dislike its flavor?

  3. Can anyone suggest a better brand of whey?
