I have two questions regarding your recent article on opposite training:
1: what’s the recommended length of the opposite training phase- 2 weeks, 4 weeks?
2: what’s the recommended ratio for regular vs opposite training? 3:1 (6 weeks regular and 2 weeks opposite)?
I believe the article states that he uses the opposite training for two weeks at a time. I plan on using opposite training if I feel like I’m stalling in strength and gains while doing the Wave/Ladders. Hope this helps.
