Okay…first of all, I would like to state the fact That I Do Know opinions are like assholes…everyone has one
With that said, I also know… one would be stupid if he did not seek out the experience/knowledge of “others”. And from what I have read in the topics/threads…there are some that do definitely qualify as “others” and others that definitely DO NOT qualify (scary!)
So here goes call out for all the “others” in da house…lay your righteous experience/knowledge on me!!! Can I get Amen brothers!!!
cough…cough…ummmmmm
Anyways… I would like the opinion from the “others” (great movie) on Short Cycles.
By “short cycles”, I mean 8 weeks or less. Personally, I believe, a 4 weeker give the best gains to sides ratio.
The reason I ask is, I am planning on doing a 4 week on and 4 week off cycle, for a year.
1st - 50mg Tren + 75mg Test-P 4on/4off.
2nd - 50mg Tren + 30mg Dbol 4on/4off.
3rd - 50mg Tren + 30mg Dbol 4on/4off.
4th - 50mg Tren + 75mg Test-P 4on/4off.
Plus, of course, all sides (Doing 80mg Nolva (after last Tren) in divided doses followed by 40mg for a week and then 20mg for 3 more weeks. I am thinking of using some HCG, after the second cycle.
Good post with a well designed question.
Personally, the sound of short cycles sounds great. No major gaps in being on, less sides, no real crash, etc.
It sounded so good to me that I tried it, and I was dissapointed in what happened.
I ran 6 on, 6 off for 2 bursts. I used test prop at 75mg/day, and dbol at 30mg/day. Every time I got to the point where I felt like things were rolling, I had to come off. I maybe picked up 5lbs over the course of 24 weeks. I had planned to run it longer, but just wasn’t feeling it.
I used P-22’s PCT protocol after my last longer cycle, and didn’t even feel a “crash”. I am currently in the 12th week of an 18 weeker and it’s everything I was hoping it would be. I just like the way I feel, and the stability of longer cycles. I also feel that it’s eaiser to hold onto gains this way. JMO however.
Monopoly
Great question and the answers could be a plethera of opinions. Some will succeed on short cycles and some won’t, I myself do not get the gains to cost ratio on short cycles. I don’t really worry about how much size I can gain in a short period of time but how much money is coming out of my pocket by doind a short but powerful stack.
I have had the most success on cycles by doing a minimum of 12 weeks and no longer than 18 weeks long. I take 2 weeks off for every one month on ie. 3 month cycle 6 weeks off. I feel that on most steroids that take up to 2 weeks to get into the system consistantly then you must give it an additional 6-8 weeks to keep the gains improving.
My favorite stack to date (and I only say to date because I am always trying new stacks) is andropen 275 2-4cc per week/stanazol tabs up to 8 5mg tabs per day/ nolvadex 20mg a day. I gained 12 lean lbs in 12 weeks and my bodyfat didn’t budge a bit. There my asshole (opinion) hehehe. Hope it helps.
I personally love short cycles. I’ve done long ones, and felt like shit for months afterward to the point where I didn’t even feel like going to the gym anymore- even with post cycle therapy. I feel like it’s a waste if you spend more money and effort on recovering from your cycle than you spend on the juice itself.
I like doing a 6 week on, 6 week off cycle. I feel that 6 weeks won’t effect you negatively much more than 4 weeks. The six weeks off seems more adequate for recovery as well. I usually choose basic steroids such as test cyp. combined with equipoise, dianabol or anavar. I love deca and tren, but I don’t use them much anymore because they make me feel like shit after 3 weeks and the shitty feeling doesn’t go away for 2-3 months.
