Long time lurker here. Thinking of putting down the holier-than-thou attitude and joining the dark side. Want to get as much information as I can before trying anything. Been reading steroid guides and bible as well as the online resources available.
I am interested by the idea of “short cycles” described here:
I remember reading as a teenager the “ABCDE” diet in MM2K. The author had mentioned something about the diet mimicking a new method of steroid-use where people take high doses for short periods of only 2-4 weeks.
Shitty diet aside…
It looks to me like for someone who wants to accelerate their gains a modest amount while minimizing side effects, this looks like a decent way to go.
Shorties are generally 10-14 days on 14-18 days off rinse and repeat. In theory you just beat the suppression cycle but I prefer far and away some serious dosing at serious durations. Shorties not for me
They don’t have to only be 2 weeks, though. That is just one way of doing it. You could run a high dose, short ester 4 week cycle that would be very easy to recover from that would net you some fantastic results. Most of my gains end up coming in the first 4 weeks of any given cycle anyway, and I actually plan on experimenting with shorter and shorter cycles starting with my next one.
If it were my first cycle, now, I would go at least 6 weeks, though, and probably 8, because the gains do seem to keep coming for a loooong time with first cycles. I personally think short cycles are better suited to more advanced trainees, but I’m open to have my mind changed on this one.
Anyway, just for fun, example short cycle I might try:
1.Test Prop 100mg/ED
2.Tren Ace 75mg/ED
3.Mast Prop 50mg/ED
and/or
3.Anavar 80mg/ED <===If you could afford it on top of everything else.
