Anybody tried or have opinions on these “New Whey” protein shots. 42g whey protein, 0gfat, 0gcarb in 3 oz. Would be convenient in a number of situations, but wondering if it’s BS since it’s so obvious but not available 'til now.

The ones I’ve seen had a lot of protein from hydrolyzed collagen, which won’t do a thing to help you build muscle.

they are pretty expensive too

I like to keep a few around for if I’m in a rush. 2 seconds to throw it back vs a few minutes to make a shake + a few minutes to drink it + a few minutes to clean up the blender and such makes a difference at college once or twice a month.

But yes, FFB said it, they are pricey.
