I figure I may as well update this from time to time in case anyone is interested.

By the end of tomorrow I will have accomplished 7 cardio sessions 4x30mins on the recumbant bike and 3x45mins on the treadmill and two high intesisty weight training sessions.

Im working night shifts this week to the 30 min bike sessions have been at home upon waking fasted with BCAAs and the treadmill sessions are walking uphill during my night shifts here at work.

Test dosage has been dropped to 275mg/wk.
Did my first shot of eq today at 375mg and plan to do 250mg 2x/wk from here on out.
