Anyone have any opinion on vitamin shoppe’s green bio-blend supp?
I just bought some of the flavored stuff to give it a shot. Not too bad so far. Decent price for a large enough quantity to last a little bit on a serving or two a day (a serving based on the label). But I was wondering if anyone more knowledgeable about greens supps might have any comments about it.
I’ve tried Greens+ and it doesn’t seem much different (aside from cost vs. quantity). Of course, not like I can actually ‘feel’ anything from either brand.
I am not very familiar to the Vitamin Shoppe green food.
But just like Metabolic Drive from Biotest. You are paying for quality not quantity. There usually is a reason for the cost of supps(except for NO2 products)
Quality and type of ingredients.
I can not say for sure, but I would guess that the ingredients in the greens+ is of higher quality than the Vitamin Shoppe house brand.
GNC carries a couple greens supplements that I like. Essential Greens tastes great and is only a little bit more expensive than the generic GNC stuff. Perfect Food is a little more expensive, but it’s loaded with almost as much stuff as Greens+.
Stick with greens + or any comparable quality brand. Perfect food by garden of life is good, but is double the price of greens plus for the same amount!!
