Another “T” event is coming our way. Demonstrate your strength by joining us at Joe Rockheads for some wall climbing and show us your Spiderman abilities.

The event will take place on Saturday, May 7 at 1 pm. $35 includes basic beginner’s lesson, day pass, shoes and harness rental. For those who do not need lessons the cost is $25.

Afterwards there will be a small gathering to fuel our muscles.

We hope to see a good turnout of members and don’t forget to bring your GROW.

Ontario T-Nation will be attending the FAME Fitness Expo on Saturday June 11th, 2005 at 12noon sharp. We will meet in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre lobby (North Building -255 Front St. W.). Directions

This year?s event includes Monica Bryant, Lee Labrada, Ian Walling, Greg Issacs, Johnny G., Dan Padilla and Ben Johnson.

Oh, yeah… and some guy named Dr. John Berardi.
