Only The Flax Please

I read that it is better to take in your fats( flax seed oil, etc. ) after noon time?

Currently I am on a cutting cycle and use 8 tbs of flax seed oil a day to keep up my calories because of the low carb diet I am on.

If what I mention above is true then I would have to re- structure my current timing for my fat in take.

Any insight would be aprreciated!

It’s best to eat the majority of your fats during the second half of your waking day in order to manage insulin, in which case you would want to workout between your first and second meal.

Take your fats whenever they best fit into your meal plan. This is one of those things where some people get hung up on recommendations and overcomplicate things.

Depending on your meal schedule, the second and or thrid meals of the day, as well as you last meal or two of the day might work.

Play with it and see how you respond. If you don’t notice a difference either way, don’t worry about it.

Eat your “good” fats, veggies and lean protein leading up to your workout, then eat your P + C meals during (Surge) and after workouts.
