Only One Supplement for 3 Weeks?

Ok; your going travelling for 3 weeks; and you will not be able to buy any supplements while you are away.

You are allowed to take one type of supplement, and one type only.

Your main goal is to maintain as much muscle as you can; gym time over the 3 weeks will be pretty much non existent. Your 200 pounds, 8% body fat. Body weight training will be possible. diet will be imperfect - not enough food, not great quality.

So what do you take? I would be interested to here your inputs.

I originally thought Superfood and Flameout, but then realised that 3 weeks without wouldnt harm too badly.

My thoughts are that you should take micellar casein for before bed or for when you know your not going to be able to get a feed in for a while; as before bed is the time when it is not possible to always get to somewhere that serves food.

What do you guys think?

Slow digesting protein powder, no brainer.

I’d get my protein from food sources while on vacation. Besides, it’s nice to take a break from powders now and then.

The supp I’d use it Carbolin 19 because I’ve actually done something similar to you and had my luggage and supps lost. The only thing I had was Carbolin 19 since it was in my carry-on bag.

I swear that I got more muscular while hardly training. Perhaps I needed the reduced workload, but whatever it was it worked great for me.

agreed

I’d make it 2, and use a pure micellar casein along with BCAA’s. I think this would be much more effective than supplementing forskolin for 3 weeks…

Metabolic Drive? Protein Bars and lots of them.

Either Grow! or Superfood
