Yesterdays push in the books!

Here is what I noticed, for some reason it’s unbearable hard for me to go up in weights
On the DB 2 min walk.

But my overhead carry is getting stronger and going up in weight!

And as I previous mentioned.
My sleep is getting actually worse because I have to get up at night to take a piss, and I noticed pain in my Nutsack because I’m holding during the night in my deep sleep seriously my sleep is wha I prioritize, so I will cut and only take surge, before the workout and after. And cut out the off day surge

For me the sleep is more important.

I also heard you say it’s like throwing $100 out of the window to pick up 25 cent
If sleep is affected.

Legs yesterday felt unbelievable strong! I switched to the camber bar and for some reason I was able to get in better reps with more weight!

The Glute ham raises where nicely brutal.

So over the four weeks so far I increased:
Snatch high pulls with straps 70-75-80-85 kg
Kettlebell swings from 24-28-32-36 kg
Squats from 70-80-85-98 kg
Push press 50-50-55-60 kg
Strict press 40-45-47.5 47,5 kg
Bench is still my bitch 60-65-70-75 kg
Oh carry 10-12-14-14 kg
Db RDL 38-42-50-50 kg
Chin up holds 30-45-45-45 sec
then 20 sec bouts.
Dip holds 1-1.30-1.30-1.30 min
Hip flexor hold 1-1.30.1.30-1.30 min
Dead hang 2 min straight with straps
Goblet hold 20-25-27,5-35 kg 1 min
and 30 sec bouts to the 2 min mark.

Feel really good about this.

Im definitely more lean and tight!

Very solid, very strong, improvements all over!

Oh carry 2 min: 12 kg

Push press 57.5 kg
Laterals 6,5
1 min OH carry 16 kg on work sets
up to kilos from last week

Decline bench smoot 70 kg
Db work 20 kg
Strict burpee push up, so brutal to do just 2 push ups :sunglasses:

Dip hold two minutes straight

Also the loaded stretch for the pecs two minutes straight 18 kg

Saturdays labor work also felt very good, nice pace, really focus on quality reps in the overhead press, deadlifts, and weighted walks

So far I’m really seeing improvements overall

Well, if it’s only once or twice per night and you get get right back to sleep, it’s not an issue as from experience, the need to pee tends to come more at the end of a sleep cycle (each sleep cycle is roughly 75-90 minutes).

I pee twice per night and go right back to sleep and it’s not an issue at all recovery-wise

So I had my first vacation this year!
six days in France playing tennis doing push-ups. Some kind of a deload - But I Enjoyed it :tennis::muscle:t3:

Slurping on my last surge this week!
I must say the community, and being hold accountable for a well structured plan
Has sparked some new gains on my frame. I’ve been dialing in my diet. Done the work that needs to be done. Made some very good progress, across basically everything
I don’t know what the surge has done for me, I scald it down to 2 bottles a day. Which helped me a lot with others fluids, not to get up a night.
I would definitely do another challenge with you guys!
It’s been hard lately to log in workouts because of work in my private gym. But they have all been done :muscle:t3:
So Saturday will be my last manual labor workout. I’m curious to know what your recommendation is when I finish Saturdays workout. Regarding taking a light week afterwards, or would you take a complete
Week off? I know that will be difficult because I made some good progress so far
And I am a 4-5 workout day kinda a guy

No, I don’t feel like I need a week off. But a week without strict diet and maybe train some arms sounds pretty awesome :joy:

No, I’m not looking for any program right now, the only thing I’m working on, is to get my bench number to go up :man_cook:t2:

And as you also wrote about the 5/3/1 was something I was looking into to
