OHP~ I used the squat rack so that I could rack the bar instead of clean it. This made me realize just how much energy I was wasting cleaning instead of pressing! 95’s were easy!

My legs are hurtin today! Sad I had to get past 140 lunges to get DOMS tho!

Yeah, I never thought to use a rack. At one point in my training I had to clean the weight for everything I did as all I had was a BB. I got really good at it, lol.

On the lat thing…I busted my bikini strap once when flexing them :slight_smile: Doesnt bug me for them to hang out…something has got to stand out in my bra :smiley:

Only had 45 min to get as much done as possible! That included a warm up. Been putting more effort into those too the last couple of sessions. Gotta oil the machine :smiley:
