Well it was one of those (this is why I so LOVE getting it done during the day, early morning) BUT you never regret having done it right? never.

Have you ever been so hungry that your stomach hurts? Not just hunger pangs but those plus that feeling you get when you eat your fish oil and vitamins on an empty stomach?

Past 2 nights I have woken up because of this and once yesterday when I had to take my daughter to emerg. for some puffers (long wait, didnt pack food.) Both times I actually thought I would get sick.

Never had hunger like that. Gotta increase the foods for sure! For breakfast I usually have 1/3c oats and PP and fruit. This morning I increased to 1/2 oats and threw in two eggs plus the fruit.

I also packed

veggies, 1/2 cup potatoe, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 4 oz chicken

spinach, a few strawberries, 4 oz chicken

1/2 cottage cheese, grapes, 2 pieces ezekiel bread.

and a scoop of PP for after my workout.

thats what I eat at work.

Then I will go home and eat dinner which is usually meat, veggies, potatoe or brown rice and then a bed time snack of almonds and apple, or peanut butter or something.
Tonight I am going to add something with a bit more substance here and see if that helps.

~stopped at 5k to drop the dog of super fast maybe 1 min…I was just under 30 min at that point, and stopped once for a few seconds around 7km…just long enough to know my stomach felt sick and horse flies like my sweat :smiley: Good run.

Took yesterday off…it was a heavy day at work and my joints were sore by the end of it. A couple times it felt like I was straining my bi’s in a bad way. Just thought better to be safe then injured.

Dropped the dog off at 5k…amazing how much easier it is to run without carrying a chocker chain, a bag of shit, a leash, and an 80 pound Shepard! :stuck_out_tongue:

This run was hard. I was hurting by the end and my knees hate me. But I did it so my heart is happy :slight_smile:

the feild is getting super hard to run in, its getting so over grown…might have to find a new route soon!

Been hard to keep a good routine these past 2 weeks…my daughter has been having a hard time with a bad cough so I have been trying to get her to Dr. appts when I normally workout. Poor babe :frowning:

Good work, I liked the description of running with the dog. I also enjoyed the food recommendations. Photos look good, you look strong. Hopefully the doctor gets your daughter fixed up. I really enjoy your log.

mini~ I think I was fighting a cold as that day I started to get a scratchy throat and hot/cold flashes. I combatted it by eating like a horse (seriously it works for me every time. I eat shit pounds of crap food. and I get better. I never said I was normal. :D)

Daughter is still sick :frowning: its like an asthma cough…maybe from allergies? She is on puffers right now to help fight it. Poor babe…thanks for the well wishes for her :slight_smile:

UGH…I have been sick. Caught my daughters cold and now its settled quite nicely in my chest :frowning:

Did a body weight circuit today to try and start getting back in the groove. Hoping maybe some movement will help pass it or at least help clear my lungs. I was beat tho after. I hate being sick!
