I’m sorry, but i’m going to have to go a little higher on the bf. I’m thinking somewhere between 25-30%. It is hard to tell though because I can’t really see whether it’s a little bit of fat on the stomach and back of the legs/ass or the lighting.

The weight loss and new bikini pics are impressive, Coyote. You’ve really progressed. Looking lean through your upper body and midsection. You have some really nice shoulders, and an hourglass shape. As for a 6 pack, go look at pics of women in Oxygen. Very few with six packs. And you know those are water manipulated, tanned, oiled, lighting messed with, whatever. A lot of women just get the vertical lines going down the sides, then maybe some subtle horizontal abs. I think I can see mine…the top 4…if the light is right… :). They don’t show up in pics…yet!
I like walking lunges too. I see 10x105. Are you holding DBs that weigh 105? I always list mine as 35sx12x4 or something like that. Meaning I held a set of 35 lb DBs, did twelve lunges per set for 4 sets. I’ve noticed that everyone records their training a little differently.
When I see PSMF I always think of PMSL. Heh.
And yeah, I can’t do anything too drastic with my job (I’m a PE teacher) because I wouldn’t be able to make it through the day. I did try a drastic diet last term but found I couldn’t concentrate enough to write my reports and organise the swimming gala. Severe low carb dieting seems to kill my motivation as well as sucking my energy.

As for the weights I do BB walking lunges so 105 is the bar plus the plates. I want to go higher but I have to press the weight up and lower it onto my shoulders. I tested that weight yesterday to be sure I could do that when tired.
