They were standing in Wheelie bins filled with ice and water, starting the recovery process immediately.

Hey Bobbi :slight_smile: I actually have puny legs, lol…my calf is 13 my mid thigh is 20 1/4 and my upper thigh (the nice fatty part :wink: ) is 22… I would love for them to GROW :slight_smile: After I shed off the fat I want I am going to bulk! I am actually pretty pumped!

Ha, my fatty part is nearly 25". I don’t look good in skinny jeans.
You are damned strong, in any case, and I can’t believe you ran intervals with a cold. That would have made me curl into a snotty, fetal ball.

lol Cal, I dont look good in em either! I have a very shall we say ‘robust’ arse!! XD The intervals actually helped clear me out, plus I was also bored to death and had to do something :slight_smile:

I booked an appointment with a gym a bit of a drive from here to start powerlifting training :slight_smile: :slight_smile:

I meet with them next week at which point they will access my fitness level, check out my form on the big 3, and give me a program to start training with at home. Then I will touch base with them every 2 weeks! YAY!!

I am so pumped but I am also so scared, lol! I have NEVER trained in a gym!! I think it will be great for my progress tho :slight_smile:

Hopefully I can do some competing this year…
