30 min of intervals:
1 min level 4
2 min level 5-5.5
1 min level 4
2 min level 6-6.5
Repeat, repeat, repeat
I am actually really starting to enjoy morning cardio…it seems my day starts on a much happier note
now that i have some rhythm going on with it I will plan for 3 fasted sessions a week lasting no more then 20-30 min and sprints after my 2 heavy weights days.

Well I am sick again dammit!!! I am so disgusted with myself right now the hubby has had the flu since wednesday so i guess i am lucky all i have is a cold…all the kids seem to be coughing today too

I am gonna go OD on coldFX and lots of good eats and water and get through this work day…hopefully by tomorrow I will be A O K :)

Sorry you’re sick. You’re getting hammered with colds this season. Feel better. And think, every cold and flu bug conquered this year = a more sophisticated immune system and less sickness for next year. Alright, I could be making that up, but that’s what I tell myself anyway.
Thanks Nadia When I worked at the hospital I had a crazy good immune system!! Now I am apparently wimpy wimpy, lol! But I think I figured it out…
Nothing much to report, been sick with a cold since Friday night...if my throat isnt sore later today I will work in a light weights day.
Anyways it is weigh in day today~ 126. (lol obviously I dont loose my appetite when I am sick ;) )
Its coming off slowly but thats a good thing..
Pretty sure I know why I got sick again...since doing WW I was still sneaking in some bad stuff and I figured it was all good as long as I was still at my points by the end of the day. (Since it wasnt much, maybe 6-9 points per day) but I think with my activity level it meant that I wasnt getting enough good stuff to support me.
My gift card is up at then end of this month and I think I will try to find a better place to count cals etc. I liked WW because their system was sooooo easy to use and I am so very lazy :eek: but I figure I have been logging there for 2 months I will be broken in to start logging else where too :)
WW doesnt give you a break down of protien/carbs/fat or even give you your daily calories, just points. SO I think I should be better tracking exactly what I am fueling myself with and see if I stop getting sick so easily!!
Heh, you have my sympathies - my head is full of snot and I’ve already been mistaken for a man on the phone. Unfortunately, like you, I’ve not lost my appetite.
I managed nearly two years of not getting a cold, and then got one in September, and now again. I’ve started working at a school and childen are a wonderful source of sickness.
I’m assuming you’re taking all the good supplements - CLO, Vit D and so forth?

there’s something about tracking cals that makes me wanna curl into the fetal position and suck my thumb!
I always guessed that if nothing was happening I was eating more than I was using up…eat less do more, or just eat less works…that, and being really honest about what I’m putting in my mouth.
mom~ I hate it too, with a bitter passion, but have been a baby about it for 2 years now going up and down over the same 5 pounds. I am getting rid of it this time by golly (lol) whether I have to count cals or not! Heh! Anyways, its working…lol

I think that any one that is serious about weight training, gettin lean or building muscle needs at one pt in their life count calories. Just for the education and awareness of it – I do think that a person can get to a point were that is no longer needed but it should be done at least once.

If I may comment on the last few last posts, I agree that once a person gets their body to the desired composition they want and the metabolism is working as it should, they can eat and train without a constant eye on caloric counts.
Of course I have never given birth and had to cope with the hormonal shifts of pregnancy. I notice that some women seem to never get the balance back after having a child
I love the numbers you are putting up and you should be proud of what you are doing.
I will still need to spend more time to study the rest of the thread, but it looks like you have a great pack of friends in here to run with too.

Guns~ yes this is an awesome group to be around! Lol, yes you are allowed to post in here, pretty sure you can post where ever you want! I usually never count cals but am trying to get out of body bodies current comfort zone so for now it’s helpful
