I am starting july 25th.

weights measurements and yes Pictures!!
Here we go again.
The posting puts the pressure on and has
made changes I not experience anywhere

So what will I be doing?
Plenty of protein shakes with carbs before and after
workouts.

Workouts will be rudimentary, basic but with focus of
making them into a cardio workout as well.
Summer is not over yet and will see if I can complete the task of a lean body and definition I wanted for the year 2008.

What Happened?

Too few hours sleeping and needing energy, I ate out side of my regiment.
I broke a promise of when I would post information.
I promise today to have numbers and pictures.

Lesson learned.
Promises are double edge.
