great bench’n steely. i think a bunch of us were cut from the same cloth. that cloth may be pretty damn ugly cloth, but still the same.
does anyone ever get up in the morning, turn on the bathroom light and get startled by their own reflection? there are times when i see myself and think- “damn… you be big, hairy and ugly!!!” i feel like i should be living among the cave men a couple billion years ago.

I Just had this conversation- a friend has dimmers in his bathroom- every one asks,
he said do you think I want to see me at 4 am getting ready for work??

Lots of yardwork. Trying to stay ahead of the brush. It rained the whole month of June and the growth is just crazy. I have about 5 trees I need to down, but want to wait until Fall when the leaves drop. Got a couple tricky ones. One is leaning toward the neighbor’s house and another couple are tangled at the top. 10-12" maples.

YTWL, Foam Roll
Wanted to deadlift today, but I think I tweaked something yesterday during the yardwork. Left trap/neck/lat are just seized up today-- just like a big freakin knot in my trap/scap/neck or something. Can’t hardly turn my head or get up. I slept like shit because of the stiffness. Today was the first workout of ‘Max’ week, but may be a deload especially if I’m still stiff tomorrow and can’t bench.
I hate stupid stiff neck/back shit like this, but at least it’s not a serious injury. Maybe I’ll hit the chiro a few days early.
Ironically, it makes my right scap feel pretty damn good by comparison…
