One Anavar Cycle on Lipids

Will my first anavar cycle fuck up my blood lipids and put me at risk of heart attack? I’m 4 weeks in out of 8

My lipids before anavar.

My lipids after 20mg/day of anavar for 6 weeks.
Imagine how bad they would have been had I use 50mg/day the recommended dose.

Funny time to ask this question lol. You didn’t say how much you’re taking, which would be an important variable, but the dose used in studies was pretty lowand most show a pretty substantial impact to lipids

How short term is this impact, though? How many weeks after ceasing do your lipids return to normal?

I have been very successful in returning my lipids to in-range values in a matter of weeks once I go back to real TRT levels(80-120mg/w) and drop all the AAS’s/sarms/peptides. Most of you boys have already seen my before and after.

or 100mg/day, 80-100mg/day isn’t out of the norm!

I had 4 weeks between end of Var cycle and lab work, lipids looked great but I had started citrus bergamot for 3 weeks and Ezetimibe for 1 week at that point

50 mg a day

That’s crazy… how old are you? So this shit could kill ya

In November I will be 68.
I only blast once or twice a year so for 12-24 weeks out of 52 my lipids go upside down. More so this years since I have tried anavar and whinny. Not together.

I keep my lipids completely in the green while on TRT. I also monitor my blood pressure 2-4 times a day and have meds to keep my BP in the 170/75 my RHR is 62.
I also take several supplements year-round to support my lipids, liver, kidneys, and prostate.

I believe I am doing all I can to blast safely. I have no heart issues in my family history in fact most of my aunts and uncles live into their mid 90’s

I just did mid cycle bloods last week so I will be posting my test results probably around Tuesday. E2 sen can take a week or more.

Assuming typo, right?

Yes thank you. Ment to type 120/70

How did the winny effect lipids? I’d assume it’s be worse/at the very least on par with oxandrolone

Can someone explain me, how exactly this works? I mean, many people have shit lipids all their life(average american with their burgers and xtra-large everything) but they somehow still live…
Ok, so LDL might clog up your shit but you can check this by doing that test where you do a bike and they put you to wires and see how your heart works and if smth is not good you can do the test where they put stuff in your blood and then photo it so this is preventable… what about low HDL?

In my humble opinion the acute elevation of cardiovascular markers is not an issue. Your lipids have to be out of whack for years for shit to happen (usually, I should add)

As I understand it bad lipids will over time clog your arteries. Which raises blood pressure increases your chance of blood-clots in the legs, a heart attack or stroke in your brain.

Most of those fat Americans you speak of don’t live past their mid 60’s and almost all of them have diabetes. They have not had any kind of quality of life for 10 years.

But this can be monitored and if needed - fixed. What about low HDL? Do you know smth about that?

Well, in my country mid 60s is a good age to drop dead, cuz as soon as you stop working you have almost no money.

Everyone who is in their retirement in here, lives off around 200usd a month with prices being simmilar to US prices for stuff so no one here has any quality of life.
Might be better to just drop dead cause of steroids

Some don’t even make it to 60

Have one family friend who I around my age. 6’2 and (probably) pushing 500lbs… The guy is MASSIVE! Without pharmacological intervention, chances of him making it to 60 is slim/none.

I’ll note this on my calender. On the 1st of November you will receive a bombardment of cake photos, a picture of me holding a malva pudding, perhaps a picture of a testosterone vial, three randomly assorted waffles and other random irrelevant assortments!

Get a coronary calcium score. Don’t smoke cigarettes. If you do, quit or switch to vaping. Ciggies enhance the progression of atherosclerosis, as does (arguably more so) AAS. That’s a cumulative noodle you do won’t.
