I am currently on TRT and have been for coming up on two months… so no PCT is required.
I am debating running 6 weeks Tbol at 30/30/40/40/40/40 and keeping my T dosage the same or
Option 2
No Tbol but increase T dosage to 300mg week split twice weekly (150mg each)
Which option will give me more strength/size gains? With less sides, I’m worried if I increase my TRT dosage I could lose being “dialed in” And might have problems with libido, etc
But from my understanding Tbol is great when run along side exogenous T
At 2 months in you are just about getting to the point where the positive aspects of TRT start taking effect. You’d be stupid to run anything right now. You’ll start gaining strength and size from the new TRT on its own so enjoy it and make good use of it. In 10 months you can revisit the thought of adding something temporarily.
I did 6 weeks of Winstrol in the beginning of TRT so learn from my mistake.
@dextermorgan I am fairly muscular now… not a beginner in terms of weight lifting at all. I only had to start TRT due to previous AAS cycles mainly prohormones so I doubt TRT is going to give me a boost considering my past cycle use. For some men I agree that TRT will help but it’s for those who have body composition problems created due to low T and not men who are only secondary due to AAS use. Enjoy TRT for a while. It’s gets better and better as the time passes. You’re just going to cause yourself issues messing with it this early. I didn’t listen either and it cost me. Hopefully you don’t do the same.
Although you might be right about not much changing, two months is still pretty quick to start messing with shit. What were your FT and SHBG levels before and currently? You could potentially still grow a bit or some some fat with your Trt dose, but you won’t know unless you try.
You’ve already messed your body up by running pro hormones and killing your natural production, why rush into more potential headache.
I’d be lying if I said I will wait 12 months before running a blast if I end up going on TRT. But I will wait 4-6 months at least.
Play it safe. Is there a reason you’re wanting to start so soon? I’d take arms like that any day!
Since then I increased my dosage to 70-75 mg E3.5days since my free T still had a lot of improvement.
Sensitive E2 is 22 on a scale of (<29) with no AI
So from this I can gather that… I aromatize little… and that I require a greater TT to achieve optimal/mid range Free T seeing as 712 TT only gave me less than mid range (still lowish) Free T with an SHBG of 30
You are missing the whole point of what I was telling you. I’m not saying stick with just TRT because you’re going to make gains. I’m saying 2 months in is where you are just starting to feel actual TRT. The 8 weeks prior is just your body getting used to it. Right now is when you start to get the positive aspects. If TRT is your priority then do it right. If you don’t care then that’s fine as well but you asked. At this point you really don’t even know how this TRT dose is going to effect you. You should really give it time and once you have everything exactly where you want for a while then you can mess around with other shit and come back.

I see, valid point. TRT and well being is my focus. Hypothetically in the future if I decide which of the two options would provide greater strength/mass gains? From my understanding Tbol alongside my TRT dose would have minimal impact on hormonal profile T and E (does not aromatize and Endo T is not an issue due to being on TRT) however lipids and liver function are a concern of mine. On the other side of the coin I am concerned by changing my T dosage
I guess I just need experienced users to chime in on this with their personal outcomes
Lifts are as follows: 5 rep maxes (hardly one rep test)
Anavar peaks my curiosity as well but mainly for cutting in the future… what are your current stats/measurements, past experiences with compounds??
If I were to use anavar I would prob use it to cut to sub 8% BF and to preserve whatever muscle I have… currently have visible abs but likely sitting around 10-12% Bf. My goal right now is to add 10-15lbs LBM then cut to under 10% BF

I’m 5’9 185lbs about 15% bf (guessing). Haven’t really run anything in a long while besides winstrol when I first started TRT but looking to change that soon. Most everything I did was before I had any education on the subject. I’ve really just started to get serious with working out. My main concern has been women and I’ve looked good enough for that but now I’m looking to get serious in developing my body and taking it to another level now that I have the knowledge to make the most of it. Props on how good you look brother.
What do you weigh now? I just got done with a Test/Anavar cycle and really enjoyed it. Didn’t feel quite as “beastly” as with DBol, but anavar is smooth and nice. I used it to gain a little size and a little fat came off with no cardio.
Anavar didn’t give me that DBol bulky feeling, but my strength and size definitely increases.
Here’s my Week 1 and I believe it was Week 12 on test + var (500mg Test / 50mg Var). Sadly I lost some of that size as I am not on TRT. But that was my physique change from that cycle.
Definitely leaned out a bit, and did not do cardio. Ate my same normal ~3500 calories or so. Increased my squat to 405 from 315 (I don’t strength train at all, but when on var, I tried a few lower rep strength exercises).
All and all I really liked var. I like the beastly feeling of DBol better, but anavar was great.
Started it ~191 or 192, id have to check my book. I ended cycled at ~205? But then once I came off and PCT ended, I’m around 195 now.
were your calories around the same on both compounds? I’m going to use dbol at the start of the new year but I’m planning on getting leaner and shedding about 20-30lbs over the next 14-16 weeks for shows. I understand dbol isn’t perhaps the most optimal for my goals but plans change and I don’t want it to go to waste. if it helps spare muscle whilst I cut the fat then I’ll be satisfied.
Okay thought I would give you an update I’ve decided to pin 350mg weekly split 200mg Monday and 150mg Thursday for 10-12 weeks. Depending on cycle I might add Tbol for the last 6 weeks. AI on hand but will not use unless needed. Also will have mid cycle labs done to monitor important lab values. T I am using will be Watson Pharmaceutical for the 200mg pin and UGL for 150mg pin.
Goals are as follows:
Gain 10 keepable pounds
Increase strength on all compound lifts
Note: this is my first true AAS cycle, I have used prohormones in the past. Mainly H-Drol with great results.
Do you think my goals for this cycle are achievable given a good diet and training program?
Also in your experience how has blasting high dosages of T affected your libido?
