Hi There, I’m currently on 100mg of cypionate testosterone a week injecting to my muscle 50mg bi weekly, was thinking of a higher dose for a while for increased gains in the gym but wonder what I should go too. my test level is around 30 at the moment. Also when I was on a higher dose a few months ago ie 120mg per week, when I dropped back to 100mg for blood tests I had a few low days emotionally. Not sure if this was connected or not?
My basic question is how high should I cycle and how long for to see good gains?

First question is Dr or self TRT?
If Dr then how long in between bloods?
Typically when hormones fluctuate you could feel “off” until thigs balance out.
This means absolutely nothing without the lab ranges
This will depend on the answers above. Just taking more test does not mean more gains if you don’t know how to eat and train properly. Drugs are a very small part of the equation.

Free Testosterone H 0.7926 nmol/L 0.1630 - 0.4730
And what is the frequency of your bloodwork? If only 3 months you do not have enough time to run a meaningful cycle and get your bloods back in line.
It’s dropping to every 6 month next time, whwn you say bloods back in line with respect of free test?
What i’m saying is when you cycle larger amounts of steroids especially orals it will mess with your cholesterol, lipids, hormone profile and other aspects of your bloodwork. Once you come off cycle and return to TRT levels it takes a while to get all of these numbers back in line prior to your next bloodwork.
6 months would be enough time. You could run a 12 week cycle and come of and bloods should all be fine prior to next bloodwork. At 51yo I would do nothing more than raise test up to 500mg/wk for 12 weeks and maybe take an oral like anavar the last 6 weeks of the cycle to give you a boost when lifts stall. You will prob need to take an AI and I would def use a product like N2Guard if your gonna run orals.

Unless one is a competitive athlete, I do not see any reason to add any orals at all. Now, getting beach ready or something, yeah, I get it.
I don’t see any reason a gym rat cannot use orals if not abused. The issue is that most people have 0 idea how to use steroids and when they should implement them.
