What tests should I run
Sensitive E2, Total T, Free T, and SHBG for sure. Maybe some of the other guys can chime in on what they think would give a clearer picture or a better story. (Possibly pituitary related stuff like LH and FSH though I’m not sure those would be good to run since you’ve already started TRT?)

Correct, no need since he is on test. Prolactin and IGF-1. Thyroid too.
Low thyroid hormones could be a reason for not feeling anything on TRT, thyroid hormones speed up (if low) slows down every cell in your body.
There’s little point to running LH and FSH while on TRT, both are expected to be suppressed. I use E2 sensitive, Total T, Free T and SHBG to dial in my TRT protocol.
Total T, Free T, estrogen and SHBG are all connected, SHBG decreases and the others are affected.
What thyroid panel ?
One that checks TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3 and antibodies.
Whom dialed in your panel doc or you ? I feel like I know more than my doc ( just kidding kind of )
An update I pinned 200 test cyp on Sunday and no hard on yesterday morning or this morning. Something is up.
It’s likely too much test.
I pin eod, appx 25-30mgs test and I have great morning wood. AND just recently my libido seems to be increasing.
I think more men should consider an EOD protocol if their bloodwork seems to agree, i.e. lower shbg.
Have you gotten recent bloodwork for the 200mg/week protocol you’re on? I think you mentioned getting them done.

Dude thats not trt dosing, i dose 125mg e3.5d for a 1.5yr and im stil dialing in. But i have gone fuck it and gonna blast.

Need 8 weeks to judge any protocol changes.
Need to take bloods the morning after shot and the morning before shot. This captures the peaks and troughs.
Your E2 is probably the reason for no feels

Dude you need blood work, all the assumptions can be made in the world. You may be a AI over responder and crashed your e2 or on 400mg in 1 shot has pushed your e2 through the roof.
Firstly i would either drop your dose to 125mg per week. Split e3.5d
Or split your current dose e3.5d.
You are on a rollercoaster at the moment you wont get the results you are looking for without stability
