In your article on the Omni contraction method, is that to be used only with isolation lifts or can it be used with other lifts such as chin-ups and dips?

Well it could be done with other exercises, but I would be careful⦠the burden on the CNS is very high. If you do it on a CNS intensive exercise it could be too much.
Dips should be fine, for some reason I think they would be. Chin-ups, if you are really strong at them.
