Well here’s the deal I was powerlifting back in 2011 and tore my left biceps and it became a great excuse to not go back to the gym more than a handful of times since then. But now I’m back!

Yes I know this is all light on accessory work but give me a break, I’m just glad to be back in the gym and to be honest I’m not sure my body can take it yet.
